In our opinion the Yaktrax Ice Grips are by far the best performing Ice Grips & Snow Traction Aids available. The Yaktrax Pro is a little more expensive but it is stronger and more durable than the Yaktrax Walker and SnowTrax. The rubber is stronger and the metal coils thicker. The velcro fastening strap also ensures the Ice Grips stay firmly fitted to your boots or shoes. The Yaktrax Pro Ice Grips are also designed for commercial and industrial use.
The Yaktrax Walker is a great product for lighter usage or domestic use. They perform in the same way but the construction of the product is a bit lighter than the Yaktrax Pro. The Yaktrax Walker Ice Grips are easy to put on and remove hence they are great where you need to regularly take them on and off.
The SnowTrax Ice Grips are an economy version with the added advantage of metal cleats on the heel. The metal coils are similar to the Walker but the rubber is not as strong.
