We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12pm within 48 hours subject to availability.

Returns Procedure

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, however once you have received the goods you can return them by following the procedure below:

1. You have 3 days from receipt of goods to start this procedure.
2. Email sales@safetystock.co.uk or call on 08450 343 277 (local rate) and request a product return authority number and return address.
3. Pack up the goods and return them in their original packaging via a reputable carrier of your choice.
4. Once we have received the goods back we will check them for their merchantable quality and take them back into stock. If there is a problem we will call you.
5. You will receive a credit less 15% for restocking.
